Storquest is absolutely a cut above all the others. Real people on site, reasonable prices, extra perks like tamper proof locks, lots of carts for your use, and fresh new location and storage units…and best of all, Increased pricing is limited so you don’t get zinged in a few months like with Public Storage. I was driving home after visiting other storage facilities about ready to settle when I passed StorQuest on Tacoma. I turned around and went to the front office where I was met by a great management team and staff. I’ve had a great experience so far!
Though this review is tardy it does not diminish from the service we received when renting a unit in December. Sheena could not have been more helpful when we arrived to pick out a unit. Her manner is professional yet friendly and she knows her product. The facility is clean and well maintained and fairly priced. The security seems better than other facilities we have used. If you have to pay for storage I encourage you to put this on your list of options.
A terrible place. The manager behaved disrespectfully toward me and raised his voice at me, as if I were responsible for his bad mood.
When we first visited this location, Cassie and Anne gave us a tour of the StorQuest facility. Both were outstandingly helpful to us when it came to choosing a unit with consideration of our square footage needs, affordability, and security. They made the whole process of renting a storage unit very straightforward and easy, and we really appreciate it. Many thanks!
