When I arrived, there was no one in the office. I was told that the person who was supposed to be present had stepped out to go to the bank. The last I checked, this location does not handle cash, so that explanation was confusing. I then had the honor of speaking with Ben regarding filling up my bucket with water. I'm moving out because they charged high prices, they closed the gate to early and open to late, they want to control your time by going in and going out, NOT RECOMMEND IT
Update (four years later) I had a great experience with StorQuest in Jersey City. They did raise their rates but this was after they held steady for a good while so it’s fine. The facilities are clean and my valuables were safe and in good condition upon leaving. Special shout out to Joseph who was very kind and helpful as I closed up my account.
