Tried to return to this place, having given them glowing review 2 years ago. In 2 days, in 2 attempts, they could not correctly open a new lease. Instead, while trying to diagnose their computer issue, they disclosed my home address in front of a person unknown to me. Manager’s reply when I discussed my concern: “you’ve mentioned several times your good review, do you think we owe you something for that?” Nope, just didn’t expect you to loudly read out my home address to a stranger. Just got an unit at this location, Agelina and Tambra at the front office made feel welcome and were very professional. So far a great experience.
Easily done. Kelly was a HUGE help and everything went quickly and smoothly. Unit was clean and easily accessible. Very pleased and highly recommend.
The office person, Tambra, is an asset to this company and should be recognized as such. She greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable with answers to my questions. I would definitely recommend StorPlace.
