Julia was amazing! She was friendly, kind, informative, and patient! They didn’t have the unit we needed at this location. However, she was able to look up and provide the information we needed at the next location. My husband and I did end up purchasing at that location and everything went smoothly! We appreciate her help and friendliness so much! Thank you!
My experience with StorPlace has been excellent. For almost 2 yrs I have used the Memorial Blvd facility with nothing but the most friendly and helpful assistance. I even moved from one larger unit to a med size unit without any issues. If I ever move back to the Murfreesboro area this is where I'd store home furnishings again.
Terri is wonderful and extreme helpful. She answered all my questions and helped with any questions I had.
Reasonable pricing, clean facility, and Terry...very personable and helpful.
