Horrible broker. Gave us a house tour in May and suggested that we use the attic space as an additional bedroom for another roommate. We thought this was a great idea to lower rent so we reached out to a friend and asked him to join the house. When we wanted to add him to the lease Joe attempted to lie to the landlord and us saying that there would be a $100 increase in rent to add his name onto the lease. An absolute waste of an entire months rent. When it was time to draft a lease agreement (basically their only job) WE HAD TO DO IT OURSELVES. As our move out day approached, they would show up with tours of people unannounced. Terrible communication, super rude, waste of money.

Avoid - especially if "Bedrock Management" is listed as your landlord. My friends and I rented an apartment through them only to find out they would also be our landlord under “Bedrock Management.” All around, extremely unprofessional - our apartment was plagued with issues that they brushed off and it was not an enjoyable experience at all.
