Very pleased with Storm Guard. Had roof replaced and the house siding replaced through insurance. ******************* helped us walk through all the unknowns and insurance language. They definitely helped get the insurance company to cover hail damage to the roof and siding, and I'm sure if I did this on my own, the insurance wouldn't cover as much as they did.

Everyone we were involved with from Storm Guard were very professional, courteous and eager to help us through our roof process from beginning to end.
Storm Guard did a wonderful job on my roof and guttering. They were professional and nice to work with. I worked directly with *********************** during the entire process. He answered all my questions and quickly got back to my emails. ****** was also on the job site during the entire process. He and *********************** even came back later to adjust the gutter domes that were installed. They were so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

Integrity We called Storm Guard after interviewing several other businesses first. names you would have heard of on T.V. 6/2019 Stormguard replaced our roof. Now we have some rotting soffits because no drip edge was installed. We did not know or were we told by Mitch ****** that we would be in violation of St. Louis County roofing code without it, nor did he educate us on the need for drip edge, something that a professional would be expected to do. The company’s only answer is that they “offer” drip edge to all clients, but it is meaningless, if the clients don’t know what it is. Mrs. *********, Your fascia is rotting because your gutters are full of debris, not allowing water to drain properly and causing it to back up. During the freeze/thaw cycles in the winter, water can back up on to your roof. Drip edge is an option that was offered to you, as is to all of our homeowners. You chose not to install any upgrades to your roofing system and not to install drip edge. Great company to work with from beginning to end. Storm Guard worked with my insurance company in determining storm damage and coverage. Storm Guard also took care of contacting the the solar company in coordinating the removal of my solar panels.
