We worked with storm guard to get my mom a new roof. Storm guard was so polite, generous with their time and our agent ****** was incredible! DO NOT USE THE COMPANY IN *******, **! Salesman for new roof left company less than a month after we signed our contract. ***** contacted us with I formation regarding timeliness and general information, we had to call them. Actual roof work was great. However, the company picked up the remaining supplies of 2 FULL boxes of shingles, a full box of roofing nails, and various other used boxes and rolls of supplies THAT WE PAID FOR, and they are refusing to pay us back for those supplies. ******************* the Storm Guard representative inspected our roof and insured us we had enough damage to make a claim with our insurance carrier. When the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof *** made sure the adjuster saw all the damage. The roof is expected to be replaced soon along with gutters. Storm Guard replaced a roof for me at a different property in 2017, the workmanship was excellent. Thats why I contacted them again.
I am extremely happy with our new roof from Storm Guard. Our representative ******************* kept us informed every step of the way! I couldn't be more pleased!!
