Recently Storm Guard completed a new roof on my house. I am happy to say that all work was completed to my satisfaction. Each step of the way with this company was smooth and professional from the first meeting with the sales person to the follow up meeting with the site inspector after work was completed. **** **** did an amazing job inspecting my house after the recent bad weather we had. I wasnt able to make my appointment on time and he was able to come out later to inspect my house that day. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time inspecting the house. He was able to spot the slightest damage spots and document them for future claims. We worked with storm guard to get my mom a new roof. Storm guard was so polite, generous with their time and our agent ****** was incredible! Storm Guard did a great job on my roof. They had to haggle with my insurance for a few months but they got the job done. Thanks ***** and the whole Storm Guard team.
DO NOT USE THE COMPANY IN *******, **! Salesman for new roof left company less than a month after we signed our contract. ***** contacted us with I formation regarding timeliness and general information, we had to call them. Actual roof work was great. However, the company picked up the remaining supplies of 2 FULL boxes of shingles, a full box of roofing nails, and various other used boxes and rolls of supplies THAT WE PAID FOR, and they are refusing to pay us back for those supplies.
