On my first visit, Mark was friendly and attentive to my requests. A week later, he updated my reservation without me having to remind him. That was very impressive!

The storage unit hours at the Los Gatos location are a bit limited and may not work well for everyone. While the website lists hours as 6am–10pm, access is actually restricted to when a manager is on site: 9:00am–5:30pm on weekdays and 9:00am–4:00pm on weekends. This can be challenging if you have a typical 8–5 or 9–6 work schedule, as it makes it difficult to stop by before or after work. Maybe its clean and safe, but access only between 9 am and 4 pm? Thats ridiculous. This is an unusable storage facility that only caters to the stay at home family and retired folks. Useless for working age or transient folks, they essentially hold your items hostage for 18 hours a day. Additionally, the hours online may say 8-530 pm, but they are still listed as open 24 hours and that is so misleading that we wasted a uhaul load. staffed hours shouldn't correspond to access hours in a self storage facility. SecureSpace in Los Gatos a fantastic place for self storage. I am totally satisfied with their facility and customer service.

I'm a new customer, just one month in, but so far the service and facility have been great. I've been able to get ahold of someone live either in the office or via phone. The storage unit I'm in is new, with a very easy to use special lock that they provided. Pleased over all so far.
