Great monthly story-telling show called Two-Headed Beast there, definitely worth checking out.

We were living out of Echo Park for 18 months while our house was rebuilt. When we came back, Stories was there. AWESOME. I didn't know that tasteful people opened nice little bookstores like this anymore.
