So easy to book online and the customer service is wonderful. Patty called to see if I had any questions and said she would be on-site when I am moving my items into storage. Also, Patty said I could get a larger unit as needed since I am not exactly sure how much space I need. It really eased some of my anxiety for moving day.

Seriously the best storage facility I have ever experienced. And because of many moves in the last 5 years we have seen more than a few! The place is very clean, the units are well maintained, and the pricing is very fair. But what sets them apart is the excellent communication and the frictionless experience. They really do have storage units figured out, and they seem to go out of their way to make it an excellent and easy experience for the consumer. (What a concept!). Previously rented units here for several months. Building was always clean, halls not unbearably hot in summer/not too cold in winter, unlike other storage facilities I've dealt with in the past which made it so difficult to work or organize my unit/move things in and out.
