This place is ridiculous I went to pick up a locker April 16th 2026 I was told to come on, come pick it up. I rented a trailer, drove up the air and when I get there, there's a problem with the computer but it only affected me and one other person now, that happened on April 16th. Today is June 4th 2026. I still have nothing. They won't even answer the phone when I call And I'm out hundreds of dollars already for nothing. Bishop was great, very helpful very informative and very fast from the moment, he answered the phone to the time that I signed the documents. It was less than eight minutes on the phone. Great customer service.
