This is a very clean storage facility in a great location and the manager Cynder is very professional and keeps me informed about any changes to my account. A great place to store my boat.
If I could give them a zero I would. My unit is full of ashes, spider webs, rodents and has plants growing into it. Smoke damage as well. My items have been stored since June 2019 and the fires happened. My daughter happened to be traveling to California two months ago, and stopped to check out my storage for me…it was an awful mess. They are refusing to reimburse me for the damage and have made the process as difficult as possible because I live in another state I can’t come and get my things out yet.
