This is a very clean storage facility in a great location and the manager Cynder is very professional and keeps me informed about any changes to my account. A great place to store my boat.
If I could give them a zero I would. My unit is full of ashes, spider webs, rodents and has plants growing into it. Smoke damage as well. My items have been stored since June 2019 and the fires happened. My daughter happened to be traveling to California two months ago, and stopped to check out my storage for me…it was an awful mess. They are refusing to reimburse me for the damage and have made the process as difficult as possible because I live in another state I can’t come and get my things out yet. Upstage Productions has had a long tenure with Store Local as our storage home for Mobile Stage has not changed in 15 years. The atmosphere has always been clean and friendly and customer satisfaction based. Cynder has always made sure all of the accommodations we've needed have been met in a cheerful and timely manner. I have also had a personal storage unit with them before. That was a pleasant experience as well. I would highly recommend Store Local for your storage or large parking space needs.
