Their payment system locked me out and prevented ANY ability to make an online payment for 2 months. Meanwhile, their customer support is NEVER available and they use this horrible AI agent which constantly routes to the same online payment that they locked. Their facility is cool, very modern, but the company is extremely deceptive. Caution to others, they are deceptive and will lock you out of your unit and prevent you from paying.
A 5-star storage facility in a fantastic location. It’s consistently clean, well-maintained, and the secure access makes it easy without worrying about lost keys
Our pre-move in experience has been awesome. TJ and Rich have been incredibly responsive and professional. Looking forward to a smooth move in !!! Next step was setting up our access to the high tech facility, and our individual storage unit. This is where Ammar took the time to answer my questions in order to get me to a comfort level to test out access to our storage unit. He was incredibly thorough and put us at ease. I would highly recommend the StoreEase experience.
