Note: The frames on the panels I received are 46 mm (1.81in) not 40 mm (1.57in) as listed on the spec sheet. Not sure what happened the model number was correct and the rest of the specs were accurate.
I recently ordered a set of 12v lifepo batteries from Stored Energy Products. Unfortunately the brand I ordered was out of stock. However, within hours customer support had contacted me and offered to ship comparable batteries. I was very pleased with this service and with working with the support representative - Jennifer.
Arrived as ordered won't be installed for a few months to test. Adding on to another panel to double output
You sent me the wrong batteries. The batteries that you show and describe on your website as LO 26 SX have solder tabs on the ends. What you sent does not. I called and emailed about this over a week ago and was told a manager would contact me but no one has contacted me as of yet (2/13/2018) The order invoice is #100015337 and my name is Patti Erisman.
