I bought this samlex to replace the original Clarke floor scrubber charger. The original is actually a lester with the Clarke name on it that shuts off at 8 amps. This was causing the charging voltage to drift very high and cooking the electrolyte out of $750. worth of lead acids very quickly towards the end of the charge cycle. I looked at many chargers on the market and this one was the only one with actual information in the manual about the charge cycles. When I received the freezer, I noticed it was made in China in 2012 and you had given no information indicating that it wasn't a recently made freezer. I feel you could have been more TRANSPARENT about that information. thanks, Roger Bertsch PS I would like to receive a receipt to submit with the warranty, please.
Product is amazing however less that great customer service. People tried but their systems are very poor. Can not tell where your shipment is in their process, when it will ship, long cycle time to get order entered. Shipping was screwed up finally had to put a payment hold because nobody could tell me where my $2,100 of batteries were in their system. Charge quick and ship slow was the experience.
Would have been 5 stars but the shippers made me meet them in the next town over from where I live and then didn't bring any equipment to unload the pannels.. I had to bring my own family to help lift the product by hand off of the back off the simi (250 pound pallet) at 7 o'clock at night.. seemed poorly planned for 150 dollars shipping I paid I would have at least liked them to meet me in the town I live it even my home would have been better..

The Sunstar refrigerator I ordered is very nice with a very competitive price. It looks well made and will be a great addition to my cabin. Shipping was quick. The customer support was outstanding. Sofia was very helpful with all my questions and helped me reschedule delivery.
Replaced the house batteries in my Airstream interstate. Slightly taller (maybe 1/2") than stock but fit just fine in the batt box with a small adjustment to the clamps. Fully charged in about 4 hours on the battery minder. Well packaged, arrived with no problems. So far so good.
