We have rented here for years, mainly due to the service and fairness of Jo Ogden. Other places we’ve used (Stor) are impersonal and sometime their documents are downright threatening. If I were the owner, I would give Jo a bonus and/or commission structure. Good, nice people are worth it, in my experience. Also, issues on property seem to always get repaired quickly; it’s also clean and seems to be well-maintained. I was a commercial property manager for many years; I see these things. GJ

I have used Store It All Self Storage at Westlake for quite a few years. I appreciate Jo's thoughtful and dependable management of the property. She knows her clients and is always around to help with any question or need. I feel safe going there and opening up my units anytime, knowing she is close by keeping an eye on who goes in and out. You can store a lot of places, but having a good on site manager is not something you find everywhere. I highly recommend Store It All Self Storage - Westlake.
