We have been using this storage facility for decades for one reason only…Jo. She is a pleasure the work with. She always finds a solution to our needs and is beyond professional. There are other storage facilities in the area that are closer to us, but they don’t have Jo!
Just moved into 4 units during a fast chaotic move and Jo was amazing. She helped take the stress out of the situation and was so thoughtful in her approach to selecting my units. I looked at another storage facility down bee cave road but chose this location in the neighborhood due to jo. She is a rockstar!
The Storage was great for my needs easy to set up and the kindest person ever. Jo is amazing so helpful and kind knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you for everything Jo ! Wish you the best always.
