Twice now I’ve paid for my unit and it has been locked giving me zero access to my items. When brought to office attention they were very unprofessional and blamed me for not calling after hours to get access. Once ok accidents happen. Twice something should have been done besides blaming the customer of 2 years . Very rude
Great people to work with for rental needs. The staff is always friendly. Prices are very reasonable. The facility is clean and well maintained.
