The process of renting was easy and appreciative but when I looked in the when I went to the unit after I had rented it and open the door I knows it was full of pallets and cardboard and hadn't been cleaned out or anything so thoroughly. So I would have appreciated if it'd been ready for me but I will have to do the clean out
