The staff at storage max at Glugstadt were A++ people to do business with, very accommodating, very friendly, Clay was always solving every problem that came up, we lost the key and he got it open when we were ready to get the piano, he helped the piano company load the boxes that were also in the unit, I highly recommend this place without any reservation.. Needed to rent a storage space today so I checked out some of the local company's. I always first look to recent reviews to see what others think. Everything about StorageMax was excellent, so I made a visit. By the time I left (after renting some space) I felt as though I was a member of Bill and Betty's family. As others have already stated, Bill and Betty are great to deal with!
Great location clean building John was always so nice and friendly would definitely store there again if I had to store anything .

Clean facility and storage locker. Excellent office and communication. Easy online payments. Manager showed me one unit at first but changed to one more convenient to the elevator. A little pricey but the service and facility were great
