Tari was extremely helpful. I was desperate to help a loved one and Tari got me through two very rough and emotional days. Tari was able to show me different units and help me decide what size was best. She also even helped me unload some heavy pieces of furniture. She was not only kind but comforting during a very sad and tense time for me. I would highly recommend this particular Storage Max because of Tari. She is a 10!
Tari Ross at the Tupelo StorageMax was a pleasure to work with. I called her with an urgent situation on Saturday and she told me exactly what I needed to know and was incredibly helpful once I got there. I couldn't imagine a smoother or simpler process. Plus, the units are very clean and well-maintained. I will no doubt use again in the future.
