I'm NOT happy with the increase but the customer service is awesome. There was a lady there when I first got to this storage place, she was so awesome and Edward is super lax. Storagemart must have good hiring practices because if I end up staying it's because of the customer service ONLY!
Storage Mart at 947 Warden Avenue This is my first experience having to use a storage company for a big move 9 months ago, I am very happy the decision was made for this location. Excellent and friendly customer service from staff Wendy and Edward, they really do go above and beyond, very helpful! Exceptionally clean too! I highly recommend this great location for reliable storage and service! P.S. it’s also nice to have a Tim Hortons across the street.
Wendy and Edward are super helpful! Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for temporary storage. Clean, easily accessed, and all units are on one floor.
Top notch customer service from the staff. They answered all my questions and explained procedures effectively. Very friendly and personable.
