5 stars for one reason above all: Niurka, the Assistant Manager. I rented a unit online and got charged a higher rate than the one advertised on their own website. One phone call with Niurka and she had it sorted, she switched me to a unit at the correct price the same day, had the paperwork ready when I arrived, and followed up by email with clear, detailed answers to every question I had about my account.
