Every rental experience here has been great. I’m a returning customer because the prices are great, online specials are amazing, facility is well managed, and customer service is top tier. Maddie helped me switch units when I undersized, took time on a hot day to walk me to the different sizes and discuss options. I ended up still undersizing and needed an additional unit next day; Tom got me all setup in less than 30 mins and I was moving stuff in! I had an excellent experience at StorageMart. The store manager Madie went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. She was professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I got the right unit for my needs. The facility itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe and secure. It’s clear that the manager takes a lot of pride in keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
