Just rented a unit today and Barbara was very helpful an nice.
Very friendly
SCAMMERS Watch out for hidden fees at move-in! When I opened my unit, an unpackaged lock was sitting open on the floor. I assumed it was provided with the unit, but instead, they charged my card $21.39 without my clear acknowledgment. When I asked for a refund, they refused because the lock wasn't 'in its original packaging'—even though it wasn't in packaging when I walked in! Very deceptive practice. Bring your own lock from day one so you don't get stuck with an unexpected charge
