Easy on-line renting process. Ryan from Airdrie location made contact same day we had access to check everything went okay. Excellent customer service.
Overall very happy with my first time with a short term rental at StorageMart Airdrie. I had it for just over 3 months and had a 10x10 unit, not close to the door, but interior. Chose this for the winter months I would be using it. Right away - securing a unit that fit my needs was easy, online and did it same day (didn’t have to talk to anyone and got a gate code to roll right up). clean, well managed and secure. I would not hesitate to use them again -- only problems I had were a couple of gate issues that the staff fixed right away.
Employees are very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciate the positivity and humour.
