Extremely easy to navigate the online rental process and I’m totally satisfied with the seamless, same-day access to the storage unit. Staff are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the process even easier.
The gentlemen were helpful in person and had me all set up and ready to go within 15 minutes. Showed me to my unit and how to access it from outside.
Excellent service on day of move ( everything ready)and prior to move with all paper work and agreement completed in advance. No issues. I would recommend.
Ryan in the Airdrie, Kingsview location is amazing! Always polite, never have I ever felt that I was an inconvience for him. When I inquired about a Television box he acknowledged right away that he knew what I was trying to describe. The company for what ever reason stopped putting it on the product price list. He let me know that he had a couple that they had to move and store in one of the units. He went and retrieved it for me and charged me a reasonable price for it.
