This location is absolutely terrible. My friend used their services and suffered thousands of dollars in property damage due to flooding. Despite clear evidence, the company has refused to take responsibility or reimburse her, which is completely unacceptable. Their lack of accountability and care for customers is appalling. I strongly urge anyone considering StorageMart to use a different storage company. This one CANNOT be trusted. 0/10 – Do not recommend.
My family had a horrible experience here. Thousands of dollars worth of damages and still no accountability has been taken. Please do not trust this place!!!!
My family’s unit flooded this summer and the team was completely unsupportive in addressing the thousands of dollars in damage. We were also informed that this unit had a history of flooding yet no responsibility was taken. I would not recommend this unreliable company to anyone. Do NOT trust Storage Mart!!!
I’ve had multiple friends rent a storage unit from this place and end up with damaged belongings. Most recently, my friend rented a unit that they later told her had flooded before and are being completely uncooperative and attempting to resolve the issue. Instruments and tech destroyed in a unit that the property managers knew would flood ….
If I could put zero stars I would. Part of my things that were apart of my families unit flooded this summer and the team was completely unresponsive and unhelpful in helping with the over thousands of dollars in damage. When we let them know of the state of the items they let us know that they had experienced flooding before and had history of this but they didn’t let us know beforehand!! Please don’t keep your things here you will be screwed and help will be nonexistent.
