Terrible service and classic bait and switch pricing. If there was actually someone in the office (half the time I tired to go in during their business hours the door was locked) they had no clue how to do their job. After turning in my insurance they continued to try and charge me for their coverage until I physically went in and showed them on the documents where it said the policy dates.
