THEIVES. DONT RENT HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF. Despite having money in my account and having drafted the money, Jack/STORAGE MART lied and said they didnt get the payment on the first...it takes the banks a couple days to process it smart guy. Since I know the money is in there and is taken out, i didnt forsee any problems. Next thing I know they charging me $500+ (for a $100 per month rent) for 2 months. I had a great experience with StorageMart. The facility was very neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made me feel confident about storing my belongings there. Mr. Jack, the employee who assisted me, was extremely cordial, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a well-kept facility — highly recommended!
A good option for long term storage. I recently cleared out my unit after almost 10 years and most of the stuff was in almost pristine shape! Jack at the front desk is very helpful. I lost my keys and he helpedvl cut the lock (after appropriate verification) at no extra charge. He also suggested a junk removal service that gave me an EXTREMELY good quote and was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
