Wonderful customer service
HORRIBLY DECIETFUL! I signed up for a unit on the 28th of the month. They charged me a full rate then 2 days later said I was past due! The reason i signed up for anohter was that my previous unit cost increased every couple months by $20-40. The initial 'fair' cost was about $85, but slowly went up to $180. They know most people cannot easily move out of a unit so they slowly increase the rates forcing you to pay more and more. I advise looking for other storage unit companies. Tyler was very helpful in setting up a storage unit and helping me set up auto-pay. The store hours differed from online but he even stayed late to help me get set up!
