The location in Waukee is amazingly clean and organized. I've learned to appreciate the staff's thoroughness in the process. Very professional and communication great. The staff remains true to professional commitment. Thank you Fatima The location in Clive is opposite. Staff's communication awful. The doors to office are locked with staff sitting at desk. The facility was very well maintained and clean and I've received a lot help from one employee named Tiara.
