Had a very bad experience of renting a unit here, 1. There's a hidden 30$ per month insurance fee. 2. Won't allow you to access the storage unless you go to their office the first time, even after signing up all docs online. 3. There's a one-time fee of 24$ for padlock, on the website it says that you can get it refunded if you bring your own lock, however the office personnel doesn't agree to this. Not renting this again.

Great place for storage ! Place look very safe, easy access from the loading dock. Sheryl is friendly, and helpful with all the information and clarification that I need. Place is also very clean. Very recommend this place !!!
I recently rented a unit at this storage facility and had a great experience. The place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful they even took the time to walk me through the facility and explain everything. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. I also used the restroom during my visit, and it was spotless, which says a lot about how well the entire place is managed.
