In three years, StorageMart doubled my rent from $80/month to over $160/month. Nothing changed at the unit. No upgrades. No improvements. Just pure price hiking year after year. That's a 100% increase with zero justification. Then when I went to close out my account, they hit me with a surprise $75 "cleaning fee" to remove a few empty totes, an empty box and a sewing machine.
