Repeat Customer – I've had great luck renting from here and have been a repeat customer three years in a row. Whether you need a unit for a month or a year, they work with you and usually give you a good deal. I always get a unit on the first floor, inside. My only complaint, is that in the three years I've been there, only once, we forgot to take our lock after moving and the person helping me, put it back on. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! – I would NOT give this Storage Mart any star except you have too. This StorageMart has the worst "customer service" in the KC area. They charge fake "insurance" fees, and the DO NOT post when they charge "late fees." I have been a customer for over 2 years and have indeed paid $1000's & $1000's of dollars BUT NOT in rent for storage but for misc. late fees, cut the lock fees, advertising fees etc. and I have never complained, I was late, but I was recently 12 hours late (according to them) and I w... read more

Horrible, rude customer service – The on-site manager is rude and unhelpful. I would not want her handling my personal information. I went in to rent a storage unit for 1 month, because I'm moving and I wanted to store my boxes so they're ready to move. As soon as I said I only needed it for a month, she rolled her eyes and acted like it wasn't worth her time. While I was filling out the form another customer came in to pick up his Uhaul.
