PRAY IS THE BEST PERSON EVER!!!! I called her in tears because my movers came an hour late to move my entire apartment into this storage unit while my new apartment is being painted. She personally stayed an hour after their closing time to let me put my apartment away! I don’t know what I would have done without her! thank you Pray!
I’ve came multiple days this week to move my stuff from one storage unit to another and each Time I came there was nobody in the office. It was closed for hours on end. I sat there waiting for help for at least an hour and a half two hours each time I had to call the Google number from the regional office for them to Call someone to come and help me. Overall, it is a good place to keep your things, but the service elevator really needs to be cleaned.
