I have had my storage unit here for about 3 months, it has been nothing but a negative experience. Let's start with the mold issues in the basement due to ventilation problems and the humidity down there. There are also water leakage issues in the basement. When I requested to move my location location I was told I would have to pay the administrative fee again. This location also opens late and closes early on a regular basis (3-4 times a week). Unit I rented was perfect size and fit everything I needed too. Easy access to facilities and unit. Only thing I wasn’t happy with is the raised rent after 2 months
