It was our first time renting a storage unit so naturally we had a lot of questions. Thankfully Kiara was really sweet and patient. I also noticed how responsive she was to other tenants who were in front of us. We spoke about different unit sizes and locations to find which would be best for us. (Give this young lady a raise!) The facility was clean, quiet, felt safe moving our stuff in and there’s call buttons to the main entrance if you need help.
