I have been a customer at Prime Storage for years, and the decline in quality is honestly shocking. Prices continue to go up, yet customer service has steadily gone downhill. For what they’re charging, you’d expect basic competence and upkeep but that’s clearly too much to ask. I’ve had literal glass fall into my unit from ceiling light bulbs exploding.
