I've been at Prime Storage through three owners--almost 16 years and at first it was great and cheap. After Hurricane Sandy, when my room in the basement flooded, they offered a bigger room at the same price on a higher floor. So that was appreciated. And for a few years, they had an elevator operator, so you didn't have to wait an eternity for the one elevator, unlike the past years when sometimes you had to wait for 30 minutes coming and going because people were holding the elevator.
