AVOID. This place has been a nightmare ever since I moved my belongings in. Extreme lack of communication at this facility. I am still waiting to hear back on why I have had over $50 in random charges on top of my already expensive monthly rate. Instead anytime the bill is late they charge fees without properly communicating and when you ask for clarification they don’t respond until money is due.
