I called low cost storage to inquire some information on their Storages for my mom and a girl by the name of Margie answered and she was so kind and helpful, she was able to answer all the questions I needed. I thought I would share, because you don’t come across such nice people like that now of days. I will definitely be checking out this place.
I had an extremely frustrating and stressful experience with this storage facility, especially because of the rude and unprofessional communication from the staff. There were repeated problems with billing, payment records, invoices, and additional fees. At one point, the facility claimed that a payment had failed even though the transaction appeared on our bank statement.
