I have had no issues at all in the temperature controlled unit. My property has been there for 10 months. Safe, well taken care . I am not employed there.
Right before I moved out, I had quite a few items stolen from my storage unit and my lock was broken. When I called the manager to inform him, he acted as if he couldn't care less. I wish I never used this place and went to U Storage of Maumelle instead. This place is a joke. It's overpriced and it's not even secure, obviously. I would NEVER reccomend this to a friend or family member.
I am very impressed with this storage place. I checked many places and this one is basically brand new and still has the best overall rates. They have a special where my 1st 6 months are 1/2 off! I only need the storage for about 8 months so overall it is still cheaper than anywhere else! The manager (Angela) was so friendly and seemed to be happy to be there (I don't see that many places).
