Lauren, Lisa, and Kat do an AMAZING job running this facility. I had the pleasure of meeting and seeing it myself first hand. You can’t find a better ran facility.
It went smoothly from start to finish and Lauren was very helpful!
The online was confusing and frustrating but I went to the store the next day and thank heavens for Lisa ( a real live person) she showed me my options and we secured a unit that I needed. Note to potential customers they have a mandatory $12 monthly add on fee for security cameras. So my $58 special jumped to $$70 and I was not able to opt out. Lisa was great and listened to me whine and eventually I still rented. But I still say this is a sneaky junk fee
Storage Sense has two major upgrades for storing our 26’ travel trailer. The parking spot is wider than our previous location with much more room for getting it in and out. They also have someone on site 6 days a week! The price was competitive in the area and Lauren and Lisa were great help getting us transitioned to the new location.
I wouldn’t use anyone else. Great people and a great storage space. They work for what you need.
