Kim is amazing. I have been renting units for years around the ABE area and never had such a helpful person. She responds quick to concerns and issues and takes care of any customer concerns immediately.
I was very happy with the customer service. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. It was clear that they cared about my experience. I would highly recommend the storage facilities to others!
I was pleasantly surprised that the facility is located close to where I live. Although the location is a bit tricky to get to, my unit was clean and well situated. It is quite spacious and it's shutter closes smoothly. The gate is accessible 24 hours a day and is easy to open. The one-way road makes getting in and out quite straightforward.
