The whole team is amazing and easy to work with
Set up was quick and easy on a Sunday. I set up.autopay. I later found out that they sold my items claiming I hadn't paid. They claim they sent emails. I did not receive these emails, yes, I checked spam after I found out they sold things. I do NOT recommend. They should have called, sent a physical letter, something, before selling stuff off.
Melissa Stone and Benjamin Cameron at the Hwy 85/87 location are always so engaging with a nice and friendly smiles and are always willing to offer any assistance with my unit! They always make sure I am getting the best deal for my money and isn’t constantly jacking up prices or even secretly like other companies would try to! These guys are awesome!
Great experience overalquick and easy
We had so much stuff - clothing, books, artwork, office supplies and equipment, linens, bedding… you name it, we needed safe harbor for our belongings and we found it at Storage Sense! Literally, over five years of being there, we had ZERO problems: NEVER broken into, no access problems, not one wrong bill, staff worked with us on payment arrangements when we needed it.
