We have our travel trailer stored here. Deja was super helpful and super nice through the whole process. We received a letter via EMAIL on AUG 19th stating we have to be permanently removed from our spot by SEPT 21 or we will get towed. The letter had no explanation and provided NO resources. I called and spoke to Taylor. She said they are getting rid of all the parking spots and will only have storage pods. I said “ummm we don’t have anywhere to put this, hence why we have it there!! Taylor is new and she is great! Very kind and personable. Deja is pretty new and she pleasent as well. Love the lighting and love the property
Very nice staff! Explained everything in detail and did not rush me even though I arrived 20 minutes before closing. Move in went smoothly thank to their easy to follow instructions.
If I could leave a 0 I would. I scheduled to get a storage unit online for a specific day. I show up during business hours and no one is there for me to get my key. I called several times and they pretty much told me I’ll have to wait til they call me back because they can’t help me over the phone. I had my cars loaded and movers with me to help me put all my stuff in storage. Showed up the next day, again during business hours and still no one there. Do better.
