MY HUSBAND PURCHASED A AUCTION UNIT . WHEN WE WENT AND MEET WITH NICOLE SHE WAS SO UPBEAT AND HELP FULL. WE WERE NOT SURE IF WE WERE GOING TO BE ABLE TO CLEAN THE UNIT OUT IN 72 HOURS . SHE LET US KNOW IF WE WANTED WE CAN RENT THE UNIT FOR THE MONTH AND THEN TAKE OUR TIME . WE WERE ABLE TO GET IT ALL OUT! HOWEVER IT WAS NICE THAT THE COMPANY WILL ALLOW US TO RENT THE UNIT IF NEED BE. WE WILL BE LOOKING AT THIS FACILITY GOING FORWARD WHEN BUYING AUCTIONS AND IF WE NEED A UNIT TO STORE ANY THING.
3years later and Storage Rentals of America has been a great place to use multiple times. Good rates and great easy online account setup and check in. Storage is in a secure and safe area and always felt good about it.
