Placed a lock on my unit for being past due. I paid the late charge ,two days later still waiting on the lock to be removed. So very unprofessional! Most of the units are vacant . I now see why. Would never do business with them again.
I have a rental at thr Taylor facility and have been getting conflicting information since I began renting there. Now here it is I have this rental and need to pay the bill but YOUR COMPANY REFUSES TO TAKE A PARTIAL PAYMENT. Who refuses money and then instead of listening and understanding they keep giving you false hope and information. This company is a scam and it's pathetic to even see how they can survive.
I rented a unit in Fenton Michigan. No problem getting a unit. Trying to get a hold of someone for a couple of months now because my husband left the lock on the unit, meanwhile, we are still accruing charges. We left the state right after emptying our unit. I have left NUMEROUS messages with their corporate office and the local office with promises that someone will contact me. Still no reply. Business response:
Unit has been vacated out and the account has been closed. When the tenant vacated the unit there was a pool table left in the unit and the customers lock was left on the unit as well. This has now been cleaned out and account closed.
They put a lock on my storage unit then said they didn't know why, the until got soaked with water and they didn't notify my at all.
