My husband and I rented a 10'x30' unit at the Rt. 39 La Porte, Indiana location. It was easy to rent the unit, I will say that but after 5 days our unit as well as several others were broken into. We filed a police report only then to find out that the cameras on the front of only two buildings did not work and that they had several other complaints at this location. Placed a lock on my unit for being past due. I paid the late charge ,two days later still waiting on the lock to be removed. So very unprofessional! Most of the units are vacant . I now see why. Would never do business with them again.
I have a rental at thr Taylor facility and have been getting conflicting information since I began renting there. Now here it is I have this rental and need to pay the bill but YOUR COMPANY REFUSES TO TAKE A PARTIAL PAYMENT. Who refuses money and then instead of listening and understanding they keep giving you false hope and information. This company is a scam and it's pathetic to even see how they can survive.
I rented a unit in Fenton Michigan. No problem getting a unit. Trying to get a hold of someone for a couple of months now because my husband left the lock on the unit, meanwhile, we are still accruing charges. We left the state right after emptying our unit. Business response:
Unit has been vacated out and the account has been closed. When the tenant vacated the unit there was a pool table left in the unit and the customers lock was left on the unit as well. This has now been cleaned out and account closed.
They put a lock on my storage unit then said they didn't know why, the until got soaked with water and they didn't notify my at all.
