Unfortunately, while this is a nice facility - its bait and switch. Your rental will go up at mock speed. This kind of surprise should have been disclosed. We started with this small 8x10 unit for $78 in 7/2024. By 11/2024 it was $94.00 (20% increase). By 2/2025 it was $122 (29.8% increase from $94). By 12/2025 we ended up at $183 (94.7% increase from $94). That is an overall increase of 134.6% in a year and a HALF! We cut our losses and got out! I have No complaints. They helped me with everything I needed. Quick and Convenient
Set up an appointment and no one here. Called customer service and they said the have no way of getting in touch with the manger because his phone goes straight to voicemail. Apparently they have one guy over 4 facilities! Terrible customer service!!!
