I stopped in last week and looked at a unit. The two ladies working there are wonderful. Both were very friendly and answered any question I had. If I do rent it will be from Caroline or Nikki.
I have tried to work with local management to get a refund of a month paid in advance for RV storage. Local manager on site portrays themselves as a contract expert and states incorrectly about refunding money. I am a CFO in the business world and have extensive contract knowledge and experience and inform them what the intent of the provision was for but to no avail . Yesterday afternoon we had the pleasure of meeting Caroline. She greeted us kindly as soon as we arrived, she quickly addressed all of our questions. Without skipping a beat she invited us to view the different sized units. And had the whole process completed within minutes. Worst storage company ever !!!!!!
they race your rent to frequently and there corporate staff are not to helpful. I'm looking to move out soon after being with them two years. I guess they don't like keeping good customers. never been late with my payments I also referred a friend that's been only three months and they are racing the rent already.
They were so very helpful with finding which size storage unit I would need. Definitely recommend!
Horrible experience. Facility is hard to reach by phone or in person. Manger of Frankfort, Ky. Facility was not helpful In any way. They refuse to work with you in any way. They tack on ridiculous amounts of charges for things out of your control and refuse to work with you. Avoid this place.
