RecommendedClean facility, friendly and professional staff, affordable prices and pick of well kept units with great security. This place has it all.
o I filled out my paperwork and paid you 6 months or more in advance. Just to get a email claiming I have nothing on file and the manager was very rude about it. Not to consider that im in the military and just can go back to Kentucky whenever I want. They will never get another red cent of mine. when I get back from deployment im gone. not military friendly

Gate is broken anyone can go in and out. They have no plans to fix the gate yet they still charge high fees. Your paying for the security yet there is none. Won’t let you move out without paying the whole month upfront — even if your only going to be there a week.
RecommendedWorking with CubeSmart has been excellent. I reserved 2 units for my classic cars over e-mail and phone. Very easy to work with. I was given an entry code and the units were ready for me. A very clean and secure place.
SHAMEFUL !!!! During this Nationwide Pandemic and Lockdown AND only 5 days late for payment they have not only charged me a $24.00 late fee BUT they have locked me out of my unit!! I cant get anything out! Im appalled at this ! EVERY business I have dealt with during this PANDEMIC are giving people extensions and not charging late Fees!! Banks, Landlords, Phone , Utilities, Even Insurance Companies!
