o I filled out my paperwork and paid you 6 months or more in advance. Just to get a email claiming I have nothing on file and the manager was very rude about it. Not to consider that im in the military and just can go back to Kentucky whenever I want. They will never get another red cent of mine. when I get back from deployment im gone. not military friendly

Have a working webpage so that you can pay online. Price increase that more than doubled the rent on a small storage locker before one year was up form $23 to $38. That is a 66% increase. Corporate greed is well and happy here. On the other hand, the people who run the local facility are very nice and I have no issue with them.

They said if I paid 12 months in advance they would give me the 13th month free. But when the contract printed they were only giving me 12 months. I tried telling the man who waited on me but he was beyond RUDE! Said I couldn’t comprehend what he was telling me. Poor customer service. Then when the charged my card over 1100.00 I asked for an immediate refund and they said they couldn’t refund my card! I mean seriously. I run a business and I refund cards everyday! Bad place to do business
I personally think this place should be shut down they auctioned my mother storage unit without her knowing when she went up there to pay it they would not let her and then they told her that they had already sold it it had everything that belonged to my grandfather and grandmother that passed away including my mom's and my step dad's personal items along with my sister brother and nieces belongings
