I have always found the automated call when the bill is due to be unprofessional. It's rude and disrespectful. Granted it's not a human, however a human created it. I have been renting a unit here, making 1 year next month and I have experienced not having access to my unit on several occasions, the worst was when i needed an item and was penalized for not being able to produce it. I had waited over 2 hours to gain access and no one knows why or how my access code wasn't working at the time and now for over 2 months, althoug... read more
