The 3rd floor where we got our unit was Hot and uncomfortable. I found out that the staff at the front office does not have the control of the temperature and that the ones that do control the temperature here in New Jersey is their head office in GEORGIA. Does that make any sense!? Were in the height of summer where its hot and humid here in NJ. Outstanding customer service from my first call to moving out. I worked multiple times with Manager Victor and Asst Manager Esam. Both were above expectations and experiences I’ve had elsewhere. I will go out of my way to utilize this storage facility if I need to use one again. Thanks!
