John is terrific! How he treated me over the phone led me to visit. Once there, with my husband, I knew this was where we wanted to store our household belongings. We signed there on the spot and we now look forward to working with John over the next year plus. Thanks John for taking the time to show us around and helping out a couple of newbies to storage renting. You made the process easy to understand and painless.

Jon has been very helpful and has great customer service. We love this facility and the services they provide. They don’t double our rent like extra space and the other big companies in the area.

Moved our stuff in there. Then it rained hard. Then they finally had the roof done. All of the old roof shingle dust fell straight into our unit. I went back and there were puddles of water in my unit. They put a glorified hair dryer in front of our unit. I went in again, it was like penicillin was being grown for a pharmaceutical company. Then they call me 24/7 cause in late on a payment. They should be paying me!
