*IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD! So I had a unit here at the facility on the corner of Houghton St/School St. since 2023/2024 as I moved out of the area for a few bit. Well... Something happened with the roof where it collapsed and flooded my unit and the rest of the units in the rear of the facility. The crazy thing is the facility manager John, didn't even bother to contact me or the alternative number listed on my unit! He gave me the excuse that there WERE SUPPOSEDLY 2 DIFFERENT MIX UPS for my unit in the compu... read more
Excellent all around - I wouldn't use anyone else in the area.
I looked all over the place for good rates and service and this was by far the best price AND the best people working in the office. We had a great experience, lots of help with the truck rental and with moving everything into storage, thanks to Jon and his team. I highly recommend it!
