Being a customer for two years. We enjoy having this facility being close by. The size and monthly rate we chose was very reasonable. John the office manager was very personable and helpful. Being a veteran as John is. We both enjoyed the many conversations we had when I was there. A great place with staff that is happy to fill your storage needs.

I used storage plus for a year to store everything I owned. I wish I would have investigated it ahead of time. They are right next to the river, so the facility is very musty, and everything smelled like mold when I moved out. My unit had no lights, so even in the middle of the day I had to use a headlamp to find anything. There is no heating/cooling, so if it's -20F or 95F outside, your stuff will be -20F or -95F. The largest insult though is that when I moved my stuff out, they continued to bill me for the next six months.... read more

I’m regretting using this facility now. Recently my condo issued notices to all tenants that we need to clean out our attic storage, so I did my research and found Storage Plus Hudson. The reviews were generally good and the prices were better than most places, but it has been nothing but a headache with these guys. The weekend of September 26th I needed a uhaul truck , I'd just closed on my home here in Leominster, but my belongings were in Hudson, So I rented a truck out of Marlborough, moved my belongings, and returned the truck here in Leominster very near my new home, the entire process was fairly seamless. I would definitely do it again!
