The weekend of September 26th I needed a uhaul truck , I'd just closed on my home here in Leominster, but my belongings were in Hudson, So I rented a truck out of Marlborough, moved my belongings, and returned the truck here in Leominster very near my new home, the entire process was fairly seamless. I would definitely do it again!
John has made this whole process simple and easy. He is professional and kind.
Jon was very helpful when I was shopping around for units, he helped me get into a unit that was perfect for my needs and ensured me that everything was going to be safe and protected. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Would recommend to everyone I know.
*IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD! So I had a unit here at the facility on the corner of Houghton St/School St. since 2023/2024 as I moved out of the area for a few bit. Well... Something happened with the roof where it collapsed and flooded my unit and the rest of the units in the rear of the facility. The crazy thing is the facility manager John, didn't even bother to contact me or the alternative number listed on my unit! He gave me the excuse that there WERE SUPPOSEDLY 2 DIFFERENT MIX UPS for my unit in the compu... read more
