The gate at the end of my lane (2) was changed to a pin code effectively making my swipe card useless. A large truck was also parked nearby forcing me to 3 point turn and reverse out of the gate next to it. I was not notified or given a reason as to why the new terminal was pin code only. When questioned about this, I was told I should pay my bill on time effectively admitting the harrassment was intentional. I was less than 1 month behind and had paid in full every other time. With a very professional staff ,it makes what can be a daunting task of trying to obtain somewhere to have your personal items left in a secure ,very clean location when you are forced to move your family from rental to rental during the current housing issues many are facing ,to know that your prized items and goods are in very affordable location that is easily accessed and very secure removes a major problem of theft and lost personal items .When you have to fit a 4 bedroom house worth of furniture into a 2 bedroom unit m... read more
